That was named an emotion
Then conjured a believable storyline

Like a hound gnawing on a bone
Couldn’t leave it alone
Before I knew it,
My state of mind was gone
then I remembered this:

I am standing in the flow
Of a hurricane of grace
Opportunities to grow
Are in the challenges I face
Lead me to explore the way to walk in grace
It is the essence of all love and creativity

It started with a fleeting thought-wave
Like a cloud ‘cross the sky
Once it had commanded my focus

Like a hound gnawing on a bone
Couldn’t leave it alone
Before I knew it,
My peace at heart was gone
then I remembered this:

Lead me to explore new ways to walk in joy
